Contribution Formats
We welcome diverse contributions to the Symposium, allowing participants to share their work and engage with the community in meaningful ways. You may also attend without a presentation or workshop contribution. Here are the available formats:
1. Oral Presentation
Present your research or project in a 15-minute talk, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session. Oral presentations provide an excellent platform to showcase your work to a broad audience and spark engaging discussions.
Ideal for:
- Sharing completed research or significant findings.
- Proposing innovative concepts or methodologies.
2. Poster Presentation
Display your ideas visually during dedicated poster sessions, where you can engage in one-on-one or small group discussions. Posters are perfect for highlighting key aspects of your work and networking with other participants.
Ideal for:
- Early-stage research or exploratory ideas.
- Presenting work that benefits from visual storytelling.
3. Workshop Session
Lead or participate in an interactive session designed to foster collaboration and hands-on learning. Workshop sessions aim to explore specific topics in depth, with active contributions from attendees.
Ideal for:
- Sharing practical tools or frameworks.
- Collaborative brainstorming or problem-solving activities.
